Davide helped our family with teenagers experience the best of Sardinia.  The first experience was a amazing day with a Shepard and his family in Barbagia. At the farm, we helped  the shepherd make cheese and had an amazing homemade meal with ingredients from the farm. My teenage children did not want to go on this. At the end of the day they said it was the best day we had had in Italy. He also arranged a boat excursion of the coast. A wonderful sun filled day. Worked with Davide on a 10 day trip with 9 people with a wide range of ages.  5 stars aren't enough. Excellent communication and explanation on all the details. His expertise about Sardinia is top notch.  His experience offerings were all a hit.  What really stood out though was his passion. His passion for his country, his people, his culture, and the beautiful nature.  He took us snorkeling and his love for the marine life was evident. I can't recommend enough the tour to his hometown.  The cooking & culture experience was forever a life long memory.  Impossible to put into words how magical the experience was. Merci Davide de nous avoir fait partager  votre amour pour votre île De riches échanges sur l'histoire, la culture et bien sûr la gastronomie ! Journée inoubliable chez Leonarda ! Bien plus qu'un cours de cuisine. Un vrai accueil et, la petite taille du groupe aidant, de nombreux échanges. Petit groupe également pour la visite du parc régional de Porto Conte et là, la présence d'un guide aussi passionné que Davide apportera vraiment un plus à votre balade. Comment sans ça deviner que ces petits sentiers vous mèneront à ces jolies caletta ? Had an amazing cooking experience with Davide. Firstly Davide is a fabulous guide, he’s knowledgeable and creates an intimate and unforgettable day! Quer uma experiência diferenciada? Contrate o Davide. Hoje tive uma experiência incrível e inesquecível. O Davide conhece muito da história da Sardenha, da parte antiga da arqueologia do povo Nuraghe (que viveram na Sardenha há cerca de 3500 anos). Além disso, visitamos uma pequena Vinícola familiar “Isola Oltremare”. Vinho maravilhoso com aperitivos deliciosas. A anfitriã Ivana foi muito simpática. My husband and I had a wonderful time with our guide Davide and our cooking teacher, Leonarda. We visited a small village in the beautiful Sardinian hills and learnt how to make all types of pasta in Leonard's amazing and welcoming kitchen. This was an authentic, relaxed experience and we learnt so much about not only the food but the culture of this lovely island.
